Default Life is fragile

Yesterday was pretty much a regular day at my work. A driver was finished with his route & was enroute back to the airport, to make drops to the airlines.
A woman & her child hit a wetspot on the expressway, hit the concrete retaining wall & spun back directly in front of my driver, who plowed the drivers side & sent her into a concrete bridge support.
The child, who was fortunately buckled into a car seat, sustained no major injuries. The lady, who apparently was NOT wearing a seatbelt, was unconscious when she was Life-Flighted out. The paramedics advised it didn't look good for her.
Most of ya'll know me to be an asshole all of the time, but I would like to encourage everybody to take the time out of their schedule today, & tell the people in your lives how much they mean to to you, as you may not get another chance.
Pics of the drivers truck.....too big for upload...I'll try later, the investigators are here.

yikes! I hope everything goes smoothly for you and the driver. And your right... things happen quickly sometimes so it's good to tell your friends and family how much you care regularly.

I mean, i feel for the lady, but it has been known *how long?*, and there are ad campaigns *click it or ticket* reminding drivers to buckle up, so why don't people just do it?

Someone gave the the "they are rebelling" answer, which I dont buy at all

I didnt mean anything in my last post i was just saying that because when i posted something like this i didnt get a good response from sniper. Anyways that person flew out of the car and got ran over by a car going 70+ These vids are funny b/c there running away from cops and there running for a reason. Most of the time its a bad crime like shooting someone at a gas station, or something like that.

I stopped wearing a seatbelt for a while in my dads hometown, small farming community. Anyways, after getting home and driving in the city. I started using it again. No matter what you say, you need to wear a seatbelt because anyone can fucking run into you from any direction without even knowing it.

lol like when it rains, and barricades are put up at low water crossing, and the dipshits get out, move the barricades over, stall in the rising water, and bitch at the fire department when they dont get there IMMEDIATELY to rescue their dumb asses.

and then a lot refuse to pay the $2000 fine for their actions.
well, San Antonio the fee for a high-water rescue is $2k, and another fee/ticket for moving the barricades
