Earlier this week, the first addition to the initial catalog of games available through the Xbox Live Games on Demand service were made with
Saints Row (at a pricey $30 in the U.S.). Microsoft has two more games planned for release in the month of August in North America, with
Need for Speed: ProStreet and
Burnout Revenge both planned for release before the end of the month. No price was announced, but you can expect them to fall in the $20-30 range, just like pretty much everything else that's currently available.

Guitar Hero 5-branded section of the section lets you customize your avatar with everything from studded gloves to a Guitar Hero logo shirt to a Guitar Hero controller that your avatar can hold. Surprisingly, the guitar is priced at just 160 Microsoft Points -- many might argue that $2 is still too much for a virtual guitar, but it's most definitely cheaper than many of the other props currently available on the Avatar Marketplace. Has a lesson been learned from the complaints about the pricing on the first wave of Avatar gear?
