For the record, when I was kicked I was not given a reason. I had no idea that your vehicles are reserved for your paying customers. I still feel that your way of dealing with your server is the same way that my 6 year old tends to govern her little sisters......If this server was even close to being fair then you wouldnt be banning me for what I did.....I will be quite glad to not come back if for some reason you cant find a reason to let some competition back in......if no attacking your uncap and staying off your team so I can use a vehicle without upsetting anyone then Im sure that I can keep my mouth shut......

Also there was one other person that was talking smack while I was on there and from what I noticed this person was talking smack for nearly 20 minutes before I was banned for the same thing except I only got out 2 or 3 sentences......

I can only add my input since I kicked you for the uncap -

I did not warn you because I didn't have time to because I was in a chopper. However the green messages at the top should be your first warning, and you were given enough time from your first time doing to your second (kick) to read them. i also put that in the kick message...

I do apologize for the harshness on the last post i made, however if I were personally kicked, I would not talk smack about the 3-4 admins that were on at the time. I was also aware of the other guy, who was much worse than you were, but i couldn't grab his name quick enough

As far as you being banned, one of the Made Men (dudes in red) will get back to you on that.

Thank you for taking the time to post again in a better manner. We are trying to improve the way we admin....and with that there are a select few admins that are impulse kickers/banners....we will look into this....and if the banning admin doesn't respond to this thread soon...I will make a decision in about an hour

Like you've said, if you stay away from uncaps, don't talk smack on chat, and play on the opposing side I guarantee you lots of fun, challenging time going up against the dA! boys.

unless he was banned for racism or repeated rules violations then he should be unbanned now. An intelligent response that takes responsibility for their own actions is rare enough as it is.

Diefighting, like ireeesh said, we are trying to be better but it is a process of changing habits built since the beginning of this clan. Just keep in mind, we want good players and if an admin is out of control this forum is the place to address it, not in game.

I banned someone for dropping an N bomb today, but I don't think it was him.

He was warned about sniping the carrier, then was kicked by me for it. That was on dragon.

Edit: Actually I he did get a 24 h ban when he was kicked twice for the sniping then came back whining about how attack chopper are complaining about snipers. Argued the rules and was banned for 24.

As for the scrolling rules, like you were in the chopper "pressed for time" I was in the middle of trying not to get killed by your guys as well, I find that the rule scroll in the corner is tough to keep in my sights. I thought I had the rules from your launch screen. I dont usually break the rules, but the other server that I have been playing on since the game came out is a no rules server (rudeness, language, and racism will get you imediatly banned for life), so I thought this was similar. For that I appologize and am certain that in the future I will make sure that Im on the right side so I dont "forget" and take someones vehicle.....

You'd be surprised how many of us will take you up and fly with you if you just ask politely... especially if you're any good and join a squad with VoIP.

The only real time that's superceded is if another clanmate really wants to go up.. Our clan has like.. 40 members.. most maps have....1 attack helo.... it's hard to please everyone.

Sure thing, thanks for being so prompt in replying, and reasonable with this. I would be quite happy to keep playing on your server....I do have one other question, is it okay for me to jump into an uncap to take out assets??and does this mean that my ban is lifted??

yah your ban should be lifted .....

if not post ..and i will get rid of it

Going into an uncap to take out assets is fine; just no excessive killing while you're there.

absolutely man, thats part of the game, and helps your team tremendously by disabling scan and uav. Like GTREX said though, in and out
