BC2 didn't kill BF2

I've been using game-monitor to check the BF2 population since the release and there's been little to none drop off in population. I'm not sure where all these BC2 players are coming from but BF2 is still going strong. Maybe all the MW2 players migrated to BC2

I think it is steam that pulled some of the Counterstrike players along with alot of youngsters. The biggest suprise to me is all the people that have systems that can run it, Most people I know had to dump money in to a new system like me to play this and some do not even like it. They also didn't have the media push for BF2 they have for this, the commercials are on every 15 minutes or so.

I like it more than call of duty thats for sure, i cannot stand death match style games like cod where you die every 2 seconds and run around with the spawn shoot shoot die spawn shoot shoot die mentality.

Sorry for you lack of shooting skills. I've gotten nuke a few times and if you don't care about kill count you can hide i guess.

I got into a game Sunday night on some server in San Jose DOM something (had a great ping of 26) it was good toplay again, but SUCKED not having any admin on it! NO one was squading up, those in squads didn't know how to use voice, I heard NO one talking, and the sides were completly stacked! 250-2! I couldn't change teams to help the pawned team, play sucked because of it.
Great wall was one of the maps and loosing team couldn't hold inside flags for shit!

Tried another server and found the same conditions, no one joining squads, no talking, stacked teams, air craft CLEANING UP, but my ping in that server was 187 so I didn't hang around long.

And it sucks not having you guys bitching about the noobs in my head (vent) I miss that Allwork charm "Fuckit he's gone, there all gone! GD"
hahahaha....

Oh well, one day I'll get a new laptop and start BC2

BC2 is just as fun as bf2. Just need to get on a server that isn't full of newbs. I've only see cheaters blatantly use hacks, like the spawn on enemy players and just insane KDR's.

Maybe this came up in another post, I know we kinda talked about it, but why don't we have 1 BF2 server and BC2 server instead of 2 BC2 servers and one of them is never populated?
