hello dA members. I am banned again. I don't know why. this is the message i received.

" Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'sgvxturtle' ... Prior Kick/Ban "

sheesh, this has never happened to me before. i never bought or installed any hacks! i never got banned from PB before either. my BF3 stats are pretty normal i think.

could someone explain to me what happened?

"My guess is, after we backed up the banlist & wiped it clean for Jack,---about a 3 day hiatus with NO banlist--- when we applied it again, nobody looked for players we had said were unbanned.

yes i manually updated PB. it said all files and versions are up to date. I shut off my computer and turned it back on. I updated it again. im still banned from your servers. =| its not a good day. thanks for always replying. much love
